A trusted Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit specialty shop in Utah, Reparadise is looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in precision work, diagnostics, and being part of an elite team. We build SAGA Vans and custom conversions for clients who demand quality. Every build that leaves our shop is a reflection of the team that built it.

We're looking for a Van Systems Technician who can do it all — someone equally comfortable running 48V wiring, fabricating a custom bracket, and installing a bolt-on roof rack with the same level of care. This is a hands-on build role requiring 3+ years of relevant experience. Attention to detail isn't a preference here, it's the baseline.

• Off-grid electrical system design, wiring, and installation (12V, 24V, 48V)
• Lithium battery bank assembly, BMS configuration, and solar integration
• Shore power, inverter/charger, and DC-DC converter installation and setup
• Metal fabrication — cutting, welding, bending, and finishing structural and aesthetic components
• Bolt-on accessory and component installation (roof racks, cargo systems, suspension, etc.)
• Interior buildout — cabinetry installation, wall panels, flooring, and trim work
• Reading and executing build plans, schematics, and wiring diagrams with precision
• Performing quality checks throughout the build process — nothing leaves your hands wrong
• Collaborating closely with the build team and lead technician on complex multi-system projects
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in van conversions, fabrication, or off-grid electrical systems
• Deep working knowledge of 12V, 24V, and 48V DC electrical systems
• Proficiency with metal fabrication tools — MIG/TIG welding, plasma cutting, metal forming
• Experience with off-grid power components: lithium batteries, solar, inverters, shore power
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and build specs precisely
• High mechanical aptitude and comfort working across multiple trade disciplines
• Obsessive attention to detail — clean installs, correct wire management, zero shortcuts
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to problem-solve independently on the build floor
• Experience with Sprinter vans specifically is a strong plus
• ABYC, NABCEP, or similar electrical certifications are a bonus, not a requirement
