Residential Handyman​/Construction Laborer

Case Construction & Roofing is seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Handyman / Construction Laborer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and can handle a variety of residential construction and repair tasks.

This is a hands‑on position working primarily on residential homes. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades and be comfortable performing a variety of construction, maintenance, repair, and remodeling tasks.

• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring installation and repairs (LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile experience preferred)
• Basic plumbing repairs and fixture installations
• Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures, fans, etc.)
• Finish carpentry and finish framing
• Drywall repairs and texture matching
• Door, window, and trim installation
• General home repairs and punch‑list items
• Job site cleanup and organization
• Assist with remodeling and renovation projects
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Required:

• 2+ years of residential construction, handyman, or remodeling experience
• Knowledge of multiple construction trades
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Own basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Preferred:

• Experience with flooring installation
• Experience with finish carpentry and trim work
• Experience with painting and drywall repair
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Ability to read plans and follow project specifications
