What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes.
• Provide expert guidance to customers, explaining options and benefits clearly.
• Document work thoroughly and communicate effectively with customers and the team.
• Maintain and care for your company vehicle.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive residential plumbing experience required
• Experience with water heater installation and removal
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit, capable of lifting and carrying 60 lbs.
