Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on facility HVAC and related systems to ensure uptime and safety;
Respond to routine and on-demand service requests and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner;
Collaborate with Facility Maintenance teams, contractors, and site staff to complete assigned work safely;
Maintain accurate equipment logs and maintenance records in the service system;
Assist in facility-related projects and implement improvements to enhance system reliability
