Flooring Installer

Five-Star Floor Installation is a locally owned company with 25 years of experience installing engineered hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring. Our workload is growing, and we're looking for 2 motivated, hardworking installers to join our team. Paid training starts right away, led by an experienced, skilled crew.

• $18-$23 per hour, based on experience.
• Overtime pay (time-and-a-half) for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, per applicable federal and state law.
• Paid semi-monthly via direct deposit.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites.
• Paid, hands-on training from a skilled and seasoned crew.

• Install engineered hardwood, laminate, and LVT flooring at customer job sites.
• Follow directions and safety procedures from the training team and site leads.
• Communicate clearly with teammates, supervisors, and customers.
• Travel to job sites within the local service area.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle, required for traveling between job sites.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 years, with no accidents or moving violations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., navigate stairs, and bend or stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing to learn and follow directions - no experience required, but experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Typical schedule is 9:00 a.m.
  
  -6:00 p.m., though hours may vary by job.
