Case Construction & Roofing is seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Handyman / Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with experience across multiple trades who enjoys solving problems, producing quality work, and helping homeowners improve and maintain their properties.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of residential construction, repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and job site cleanliness.

Perform residential repairs, maintenance, and remodeling projects.

Install and repair flooring, including LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile.

Complete interior and exterior painting projects.

Perform basic plumbing repairs and fixture installations.

Perform basic electrical work, including switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and ceiling fans.

Install doors, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and finish carpentry components.

Complete drywall repairs, patching, texturing, and finishing.

Assist with framing, remodeling, and renovation projects.

Troubleshoot construction-related issues and recommend practical solutions.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and team members.

Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Document completed work and communicate project updates as required.

Minimum of 2 years of residential construction, remodeling, or handyman experience.

Working knowledge of multiple construction trades.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.

Ability to work on ladders and perform physical labor throughout the day.

Own a basic set of hand tools and power tools necessary to perform job duties.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Experience with flooring installation and repairs.

Experience with finish carpentry and trim work.

Experience with painting and drywall finishing.

Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read plans, drawings, and work orders.

Experience working in occupied residential homes.
