Supports individuals with disabilities in finding and keeping meaningful employment by building skills, confidence, and independence. Provides personalized coaching, job search assistance, and on-the-job support to help clients succeed in the workplace.
Job tasks- Assist clients with life skills such as bus training, good personal hygiene, helping the build their resumes, and any other items that will assist in successful employment within the community.
- Conduct work strategy assessments and mock interviews.
- Assist with on-site job training (job coaching).
- Complete daily documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Flexible.
- Team player.
- Patient.
- Organized.
- Self-Driven.
- Must have a valid Utah driver’s license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
