FLSAJob Summary/Basic Function

This position is responsible for supporting the Wildcat Advantage and HIEE Initiatives Specialist and student engagement in the HIEEs Pay Program by strategizing and implementing a marketing and outreach plan; performing data entry and management; processing applications and coordinating onboarding paperwork; providing student support (managing emails, appointments, and Zoom meetings); recruiting students to participate in the program; assisting with student trainings;

supporting students in engaging with high-impact programs; coordinating social media; and completing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a current Weber State University student.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Presentation skills (the ability to present and speak effectively with students).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (20 hours per week preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing experience and knowledge (creating goals, recruiting students to join programs, etc.).
  • Basic Customer service skill and office organizational skills.
