Salt Lake County is seeking a Gang Prevention Case Manager (Time Limited) to provide school-based case management and direct services to gang-involved youth and families, supporting program development, community education and resource development.
The position requires an Associate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field and two years of experience with high-risk youth; or an equivalent combination. A Sheriff’s Office background check is required.
