Join our Warehouse team to handle all pedestrian gear from arrival to shipping. This physically active role requires standing, bending, lifting, and frequent walking throughout your shift.
Three Shifts Available- AM – Mon‑Fri, 6:00 a – 2:30 p | $16.00 / hr
- PM – Mon‑Fri, 2:30 p – 11:00 p | $17.85 / hr (shift differential $1.85 / hr)
- WKN – Sat‑Mon, 8:00 a – 8:30 p | $18.00 / hr (shift differential $2.00 / hr)
The warehouse will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. Shorter hours are typical on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Time‑off requests are not approved from November 10 through December 23.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Stand and walk for your entire shift
- Read and audit labels
- Identify, count, and sort packages and inventory with a high level of accuracy
- Understand and differentiate between shipping methods and sort packages accordingly
- Use automated packaging equipment
- Participate in team meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Fix problems to ensure inventory and/or shipping accuracy
- Resolve inventory issues by adjusting inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Participate in LEAN initiatives
- Prefer high school diploma or equivalency
- Verbal and written comprehension of the English language required
- Fundamental math skills required
- Must be able to apply established procedures and follow oral/written instructions
- Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and organize/prioritize workload to ensure completion of all tasks within established time frames
- Computer skills, including familiarity with the internet and email required
- Experience operating power industrial equipment (e.g., standing order picker or forklift)
- Regularly use hearing/speech for communication, instruction, and monitoring equipment malfunctions
- Regularly use sight for depth perception, hand/eye/foot coordination, and visual acuity in various ranges
- Regularly stand/walk on concrete floor; frequently climb stairs; rarely climb ladders
- Frequently bend/twist at waist/knees/neck; frequently use both hands/arms to reach/push/pull/lift
- Constant lifting 10–30 lbs.; occasional 30–60 lbs.; rarely 60 lbs.
- Crawling not typically required
- Indoor work; moderate noise level
$16 – $18 an hour based on shift differential.
