Essential Duties and Responsibilities Picking Responsibilities- Using a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands.
- Efficiently and accurately picking products and staging them in the appropriate areas.
- Staging, packaging, banding, shrink wrapping, and labeling products as determined by client requirements.
- All picking functions processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Using appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled, and shipped correctly.
- Verifying that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies.
- Staging, packaging, shrink wrapping, and labeling products.
- All quality control functions processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Executing all safety protocols and accomplishing all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, keeping the work area clean, neat, and orderly, and assisting in the security of the warehouse.
- Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Using equipment such as a pallet jack for assigned duties.
- Reporting equipment problems and maintaining equipment.
- Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner and following prescribed work methods.
- Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months, which can range from mild to moderate.

- Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing, and distributing client products.
For this position, the expected base pay range is $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
