The Night Shift Supervisor provides leadership and direction to night shift operations, ensuring safe and efficient completion of warehouse activities. This includes overseeing truck loading, order fulfillment for next-day deliveries, and occasional door shop assembly.

This role is highly hands-on and works directly alongside team members while also driving accountability, employee development, staffing input, and operational performance.

• Plan and direct nightly warehouse operations to meet productivity and safety goals
• Coordinate with management to manage staffing, overtime, and workload priorities
• Lead daily team meetings and maintain KPI boards to track performance
• Provide feedback on hiring, performance management, discipline, and training

• Assist with loading and securing product onto trailers
• Pick and stage orders using RF scanning systems
• Assemble and palletize customer orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts, combilifts, and other powered industrial equipment
• Support door shop assembly, including machining and use of production equipment

• Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations
• Conduct safety observations and participate in incident investigations
• Ensure proper shutdown of equipment and facility security at shift end
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Promote engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support training and cross-functional skill development

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to operate or learn industrial equipment (forklift certification required if assigned)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read manuals, safety documents, and work instructions
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment

• Regular standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Manual dexterity and ability to operate tools and equipment
• Work in environments with moderate to loud noise and moving machinery

• Warehouse/industrial setting with mechanical equipment
• Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
