The Warehouse Associate will be stationed at our warehouse in West Valley SLC, playing a crucial role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring medical equipment asset details are properly recorded, and maintaining the expected listing push rate.
RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inventorying Assets:
Accurately catalog and maintain records of assets. - Creating Listings:
Develop detailed and appealing listings for assets, ensuring accurate descriptions and photos. When assigned this task, you are expected to complete 15–20 listings per day. - Supporting Warehouse Operations:
Assist with unloading and organizing inventory. - Customer Interaction:
Facilitate customer pickups and ensure a seamless experience. - Packaging and Shipping:
Manage packaging and shipping requests efficiently and accurately. - Recycling:
Assist with regular recycling runs to dispose of materials properly.
- Communication
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers promptly. - Attention to Detail:
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Self-Motivation:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Organizational
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to safely handle, move, and lift medical equipment weighing up to 100 pounds using proper lifting techniques, team lifting, and/or material handling equipment as appropriate.
- Experience:
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred) - License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)

- Work Location:
Mazree Warehouse - Shift: 5 days a week. We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Expected hours: 25
- Job Type: Part-time with the possibility of Full-Time in the future.
This role is performed in a warehouse setting and involves a combination of physical and administrative tasks. Regular activities include standing, walking, bending, twisting, and light lifting of materials, including moving items weighing up to 100 pounds using team lifting and/or material handling equipment when appropriate. The position also requires routine use of a computer for recordkeeping and inventory management.
