Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our accounting processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage complex accounting activities, and ensure adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory standards. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making, streamline financial reporting, and maintain the organization’s financial health.

- Accounting and bookkeeping for the U.S. plant and sales office
- Control of ledger compliance according to U.S. GAAP and group standards
- Stock control
- Accounting of general ledger, sales ledger, purchase ledger, and banks
- Supported by local auditors, annual reporting is conducted according to US GAAP and group standards
- Cap Ex and Fixed Asset Accounting
- Cash flow & tax management
- Joins communication with governments, tax advisers, and other local partners
- Office-based job, located in Moorefield, WV
- Bachelor's degree or proven qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least five years of professional experience working in a similar role at a manufacturing company
- Experienced in developing B/S and P&L reports in time for deadlines and annual audits
- Knowledge of legal requirements regarding taxes and compliance
