This is a full-time role at Fiduo, located in Luxembourg (city center). Fiduo is an accounting and advisory firm established over 25 years ago, composed of nearly 25 qualified professionals serving a diverse local and international clientele. This role is crucial for our development, as we are expanding our team to continue providing comprehensive support and tailored solutions to our clients.

The junior accountant will progressively handle various accounting tasks, contributing to the administrative, financial, tax, and legal follow-up for a client portfolio.

What You’ll Actually Do

Bookkeeping:
Perform daily accounting entries for client accounts.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare annual financial statements.
Compliance:
Complete and file fiscal and VAT declarations.
Legal Support:
Manage legal secretarial duties.
Administration:
Execute various administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc client missions.

The Must-Haves

Background:
Hold an Associate Degree, Bachelor’s, or Master’s level qualification in accounting, economics, or management.

Entry-Level.
Experience:

Early career stage with a strong eagerness to learn and develop within an accounting and advisory firm.
Skills:

Organized, rigorous, capable of working autonomously or collaboratively, possess analytical and synthesis skills with continuous critical thinking, flexible with good interpersonal abilities, demonstrate professional conscience and respect for confidentiality. Proficient in French with a good level of English, and skilled in the Windows environment.
Bonus:
Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered a significant asset, as is familiarity with BOB
50 accounting software.
