We’re looking for a hands‑on Controller / Senior Accounting Leader to help lead and strengthen an accounting operation during an exciting period of change and investment.

This isn’t a “sit back and review reports” kind of role. We need someone who likes to dig in, solve problems, build better processes and get things done.

• Month‑end/year‑end close & financial reporting
• General ledger and multi‑entity accounting
• AP oversight and accounting operations
• Reconciliations, controls & audit support
• Process improvement and financial cleanup
• Helping build a stronger accounting function going forward

• A Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager ready for more ownership
• Strong technically but still willing to roll up your sleeves
• Comfortable walking into an environment that’s evolving
• A problem solver who doesn’t need everything perfectly buttoned up
• Looking for a role where your work will be noticed
• Hospitality experience is a plus — not a requirement.
