Lead day-to-day field office operations for Monarch’s Point Pleasant site. The Site Office Manager keeps the site office running smoothly, supports local vendor relationships, and manages administrative logistics that enable safe and efficient field execution.
This role is the first line of coordination for site onboarding, office services, meeting logistics, and general administrative support to the owner’s team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Point Pleasant field office operations, including supplies, facilities, mail, and local service providers.
- Coordinate site onboarding logistics, visitor scheduling, badging, and basic site orientation support.
- Support procurement of office and site services; manage purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communication as assigned.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and leadership visits; support preparation of agendas and materials.
- Maintain office records and document filing systems; ensure consistent administrative processes.
- Support travel coordination and expense documentation for site leadership as needed.
- Partner with HSE on training logistics and compliance documentation.
- Act as a local point of contact for community-facing administrative needs.
- 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative operations, or site administration.
- Experience supporting a construction site or industrial facility is strongly preferred.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with procurement and invoice workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Point Pleasant, WV.
