Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral administration duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Booking appointments and updating internal systems
Providing occasional reception cover
Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Managing emails and supporting the wider office team
Maintaining accurate records and databases
