Supply Chain Administrative Assistant
United Talent Staffing is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for daily supply chain activities and special projects. This role plays a key part in supporting procurement processes, vendor management, purchase orders, invoicing resolution, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily supply chain activities
- Assist with preparation, coordination, and documentation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Create and process purchase orders in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Review and resolve purchase order and invoicing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments and vendors
- Support vendor management activities, including communication, documentation, and record maintenance
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers through email and digital platforms
- Conduct quality control reviews of requisitions and quotations prior to purchase order creation
- Respond to and track general supply chain requests in a timely manner
- Maintain and update supply chain systems and online platforms as required
- Participate in meetings (in‑person and virtual) to support business units and supply chain initiatives
- Perform additional administrative and project‑related duties as assigned
Pay – 30/HR
Location – Jane Lew, WV
Scheduled – 8a-5pm
Required Skills & Abilities- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel required
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Technical proficiency with ERP systems or procurement platforms preferred
- Ability to ensure policy compliance and maintain attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (supply chain, procurement, logistics, or accounting preferred)
- Experience supporting purchase orders, invoicing, vendor communications, and document management
- Familiarity with ERP systems or supply chain software preferred
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multiple priorities
- Remain stationary for prolonged periods
- Operate a computer and other office equipment
- Communicate effectively to exchange information
- Observe details at close range
- Travel to company locations and navigate various terrain for inventory tracking
- Primarily office‑based role
- 10–15% travel to company locations as needed
