Overview

Saunders Staffing has an opportunity for an administrative assistant in the Belle, WV area. This is a full-time position, 8-5. Must have a GED or high school diploma; higher education is preferred. Temp to perm arrangement. Benefits include Healthcare, Paid holiday, Paid weekly direct deposit.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies while coordinating essential facility services, including janitorial, vending, printing, and document retention/destruction programs.
  • Manage the acquisition and distribution of operational support materials such as permits, tags, placards, and other required documentation for site personnel.
  • Coordinate, order, and facilitate delivery or pickup of meals for onsite meetings, trainings, and special events.
  • Coordinate community relations and service initiatives on behalf of the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing the site’s documentation database to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Administer the plant’s equipment and vehicle fleet—including four vehicles and three powered industrial trucks—overseeing inspections, maintenance scheduling, and lease management as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
