Responsibilities- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide customer‑focused support.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members.
- Contract processing and quality control.
- Banking duties: cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions and bank deposits, including trips to the bank for cash deposits.
- Cemetery daily processing of IOA’s (Interment Order and Authorization) following company standards and policies.
- Sell pre‑need and at‑need products to customers and families, explaining Everstory products and presenting best service options.
- Enter and track sales using Everstory CRM.
- Maintain file and record keeping, including scanning documentation and updating customer files.
- Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for Human Resources.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring bills paid and collections completed.
- Prepare deeds, certificates, and trust certificates, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
- Order memorials when paid in full and manage work orders for park services.
- Participate in daily white‑board meetings with Administration, Maintenance, and Sales.
- Prepare reporting for trust, state, and month‑end processing.
- Multi‑line phone skills.
- Filing skills, alphabetical organization, 40 WPM typing with minimal errors.
- Basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, or equivalents).
- Adherence to company policies and confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle (required for some locations).
- High school equivalency.
- Minimum one year of administration or customer service experience.
- Availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Salary: $15.00 per hour plus commission on sales.
The pay range for this role is based on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic. They include skill set, experience and training, licensure and certification, and other business and organizational needs. This range estimate has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
