Location: Evergreen Hills

Job Overview

Escrow Assistant providing support to the Escrow Department in a branch/office setting, focusing on residential transaction support. Assists with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.

Responsibilities
  • Perform wide range of administrative duties to gather information and support the escrow process.
  • Open orders and input closing statement information.
  • Prepare documents for closing and handle complete disbursement and follow‑up of all escrow transactions.
  • Communicate requirements and other information to clients.
  • Interpret various agreements related to closing and prepare all required documents.
Job Complexities
  • Work on moderately complex problems requiring review of various factors.
  • Research and obtain information for a wide range of complex data.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Follow department processes and recommend improvements.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Office suite.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years of escrow‑related experience.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $20.31 – $27.09 hourly.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO/paid sick leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
