Aboutthe Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Front Desk & Office Support Associate plays a vital role in maintaining a warm, professional, and efficient environment for Taymor and Mason Investments. This position blends front desk reception with office coordination and administrative support to help ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for everyone on site.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist associates, visitors, and walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the front desk: multi-line switchboard, mail/courier handling, visitor sign-in, and overall reception upkeep.
- Support office operations including supply ordering, meeting coordination, event logistics, and preparation of basic materials.
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document scanning, and maintaining simple reports and records.
- Provide general support to managers and teams to help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- 3+ years in reception, office support, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a polished, professional presence.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask calmly and efficiently.
- Comfortable with MS Office; experience with SharePoint or ERP systems is an asset.
- Friendly, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
In return for your hard work, you will be awarded a competitive base salary of $45,000-$55,000 based on skills and experience, along with a wide host of benefits including:
