United Talent is hiring a Billing Coordinator in the Poca area! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers, billing, and accounts receivable, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Pay: $15.00/hour

Pay may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 1-hour lunch

• Manage billing activities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections
• Follow up on outstanding balances and help resolve billing issues
• Research and correct billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
• Work with other departments to keep billing and payment processing on track

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional customer-service skills
• Accounts receivable or collections experience preferred
• Previous banking, healthcare, or medical billing experience is a plus
