We're looking for SERVICE ADVISORS to join our team at FRIENDSHIP KIA of BECKLEY!

Our ideal candidates are reliable, self‑motivated and love to work with people!

• Promptly greet customers
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers
• Verify invoices and repair orders
