Casino Cage Operations

• Supervises activities of Count Room Operations
• Must adhere to the Greenbrier Resort’s policies and procedures
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements of Count Room Operations
• Knowledge of policies and procedures of Count Room Operations and ensures that they are adhered to at all times
• Manages inventories of currency, coin, slot tokens and all forms and records relating to Count Room Operations
• Train, schedule, appraise and supervise all Count Room Operations personnel
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times

• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned
• Work as a cage supervisor when assigned
• Acts as a role model for all employees and is a leader in providing 5 star service
• Maintains a clean, safe hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility

• Hour and days off may vary depending on business requirements

• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of cash handling experience
• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of Supervisory experience

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred

• Must possess verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

• Must maintain a State Casino Key Employee license
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide by fractions, whole numbers and decimals
