Location: Point Pleasant
Job Summary
The Deposit Preparation Unit is responsible for manually preparing bank deposits for general ledger and patient accounts.
- Retrieve, balance, and count cash receipts from the business day.
- Prepare the deposit.
- Store the cash in a secure location until it is deposited.
- Submit deposit logs to accounting for bank reconciliation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Director of Revenue Cycle.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service skills.
- Foster an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.
- Comply with Corporate Policies, Departmental Policies, and Procedures, and the Personnel Employee Handbook.
