Personal Systems Stewardship NPI Process and Supplier Data Lead

Supports our sustainability processes to ensure Personal Systems NPI product launches meet BU specified ecolabel requirements. The role interfaces with internal BU partners, supply chain teams, and ODMs to collect required information and ensure product reviews are meet launch schedules. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.

Follows established guidelines and evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate EPEAT and TCO ecolabel certification activities, supporting product registration, compliance reviews, and certification deliverables throughout the NPI process.
• Manage environmental documentation collection and validation for PS products, ensuring data quality, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support sustainability-related NPI requirements deployment and track program readiness across cross-functional teams and ODM partners.
• Collaborate with suppliers and ODMs to communicate sustainability requirements and facilitate capability-building activities.
• Serve as a key point of contact between SCOAH and PS stakeholders for sustainability compliance activities related to PC and Display products.
• Maintain and monitor NPI sustainability tracking systems, including EPEAT registration status, product compliance milestones, and environmental data repositories.
• Support PANDA, GTK, and other sustainability data management systems to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of sustainability compliance processes, SOPs, templates, and documentation governance practices.
• Coordinate environmental document quality reviews and support legal declaration generation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Organize and facilitate sustainability governance meetings, including Green Team reviews and cross-functional project tracking sessions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business experience.
• Familiar with sustainability program.
• PC/NB knowledge is highly preferred.
• Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
• Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process.
• Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.
