Cost & Quotation Enablement Analyst, Supply Chain Procurement
This role requires strong data analytics skills focused on validating Monthly Quote/Cost files from suppliers, while implementing creative problem-solving solutions to balance huge volume of data validations and insights. The right candidate will work diligently to maintain quote accuracy and transform processes and tools in the Partner Business Management organization.
Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as Cost Analysis and Planning, BOM management, NPI process management, and system operations typically with a large or complex global business unit.
Validate daily, and monthly quotes for 1 or multiple ODMs
Validate and manage the complete lifecycle cost of various product families
Manage liability forecast and claims
Analyze new and complex project-related problems to generate problem statements and create innovative solutions
Design and develop tools to improve the daily operations of the organization
Effectively and frequently communicates direction and guidance in a clear and concise manner to the team to ensure transparency and consistency across the team
Interface and consults with all levels of personnel, including senior executives, on a regular basis to manage client expectations and establish rapport
Proactively identify opportunities to mature the requirements management program and provide recommendations for process improvements based on lessons learned
Research, compile and analyze information to develop/revise processes, procedures, presentations, lessons learned, and requirements documentation ensuring that final outputs meet standards for order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
Apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
Support data modeling, developing wireframes, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
Education & Experience Recommended:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 4+ years of work experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
