You are responsible for the operational implementation of launches and letter distribution in a city or municipality. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, polyvalent employee.

• Organisation and follow‑up of launches in cooperation with our logistics partners
• Preparing invitation letters and neighbourhood layouts in function of clients (local governments, utility companies and project developers)
• Looking for partners and organisations that carry out letter deliveries
• Making all the preparations to ensure the distribution runs smoothly
• Reporting on a rollout's status in a clear and timely manner

• Stress‑resistant, able to handle deadlines and flexible
• Language skills in Dutch and French
• Experience empathically answering emails or chats
• Planning skills – invitation letters have to be distributed in time, following the process closely with a keen sense of organisation
