Welcome Coordinator – Oak Street Health
The Welcome Coordinator is responsible for creating an inclusive environment for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first and last impression. The role serves as the face of the clinic and supports the efficient operation of the center.
Core Responsibilities- Welcoming patients and guests
- Conducting visit check‑in and assisting patients with required forms
- Collecting co‑pays
- Updating patient information and making changes in the electronic medical records platform
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments within the electronic medical records platform
- Managing phone lines: answering, taking messages, and conducting outbound calls as instructed
- Managing faxes in the electronic fax platform
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areas
- Fleeting to other centers in the region on an infrequent basis (if required)
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite
- Professional phone etiquette
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the community served (where necessary)
- US work authorization
- Experience in a customer‑service setting strongly preferred
- Some college education preferred
- A flexible and positive attitude
- A welcoming and nurturing attitude toward older‑adult patients
- High level of integrity

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 – $28.46 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
