Are you passionate about securing funding that makes a lasting impact on healthcare and the communities we serve? Boone Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Grants Program Manager to lead the development, administration, and compliance of our federal, state, and private foundation grant portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and strategic professional who enjoys identifying funding opportunities, writing competitive grant proposals, and collaborating with leaders across the organization to support innovative healthcare initiatives.

What You'll Do Identify, research, and pursue federal, state, local, and private grant opportunities that align with Boone Memorial Health's mission and strategic priorities.

Manage the complete grant lifecycle, including proposal development, award administration, compliance, reporting, and closeout.

Prepare compelling grant applications, narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with department leaders, Finance, and external partners to ensure grant requirements, reporting deadlines, and project deliverables are met.

Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and compliance with applicable regulations and funding requirements.

Maintain organized grant records, tracking systems, and reporting calendars.

Serve as the primary liaison between Boone Memorial Health, funding agencies, and external grant consultants.

Develop and improve grant administration processes and internal controls.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Health, Business, Communications, or a related field required.

Three to five years of experience managing and/or writing federal, state, and private foundation grants.

Experience with grant compliance, reporting, and post-award administration.

Strong grant writing, project management, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of federal grant requirements, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), preferred.

Experience with Grants.gov, SAM.gov, or other grant management systems is preferred.

Grant Professional Certification (GPC) or Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS), or willingness to obtain, is preferred.
