Support Monarch’s Chief Delivery Officer and on-site leadership by coordinating daily site execution, tracking key milestones, and maintaining the owner’s log. This role is hands‑on and detail‑oriented, helping ensure that site activity, contractor commitments, and action items are captured and closed.
The Field Coordinator interfaces with contractors and vendors to keep information flowing, documents organized, and field issues surfaced early.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the owner’s log for daily site activity, key milestones, contractor commitments, and open issues.
- Track look‑ahead schedules and field constraints; flag risks and dependencies to the delivery team.
- Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and follow up to drive closure with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Support document control for RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and field memos.
- Coordinate vendor site access, badging, and site readiness logistics in partnership with HSE and office management.
- Assist with field walks and observations; record issues, photos, and punch items and route them to responsible parties.
- Help prepare weekly reporting packages, dashboards, and progress summaries.
- Interface with procurement and logistics teams to track deliveries and readiness for installation.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, field engineering, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar is a plus.
- Comfort working in a construction site environment and communicating with contractors and vendors.
- Strong written communication and documentation discipline.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Point Pleasant, WV.
