Position: Construction Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Nutter Fort

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join our Nutter Fort, WV team. This full-time opportunity focuses on leading custom residential and light commercial construction projects from initial estimating through final delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong estimating capabilities, project coordination expertise, and practical field experience to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and light commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning to project closeout in Star City.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, material takeoffs, and proposals for new builds and renovations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, change orders, and on-site progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and project communications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency throughout construction phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or light commercial construction project management.
• Strong skills in estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent client-facing communication and teamwork abilities.
