  • Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and trade partners, ensuring work is properly sequenced and delivered to specification.
  • Own construction schedule management, including tracking progress, identifying critical‑path risks, and driving corrective action.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, review change orders, and support cost control against forecast.
  • Enforce a strong safety culture in line with OSHA requirements, site safety plans, and Nscale standards.
  • Drive quality control across disciplines, including inspections, punch lists, testing, and commissioning of critical power and cooling systems.
  • Serve as a primary on-site contact for project stakeholders, engineers, vendors, inspectors, and local authorities.
  • Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals; resolve field conflicts and coordinate engineering clarifications.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics for materials and long‑lead equipment to support uninterrupted progress.
  • Support permitting, inspections, regulatory compliance, and local jurisdiction coordination.
  • Report progress, risks, and milestones to construction leadership on a regular cadence.
About You

  • Proven track record managing full project life cycles from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover.
