Tech Store is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join thier team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our construction projects by assisting in cost control, procurement, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Assist in cost estimation, cost planning, and budget allocation.
- Conduct on-site measurements and valuations of work done.
- Analyse and evaluate contractor/subcontractor bids.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.
- Manage contract variations and prepare cost reports.
- Track project progress and monitor financial expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation and settlement of final accounts.
- Education:
Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year working experience. - Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CostX.
- Work on diverse and challenging projects.
- Gain hands‑on experience and mentorship from experienced professionals.
