As a Quantity Surveyor Intern At Tech Store, You Will Gain Hands-on Experience And Support The Contract Department In Various Activities, Including:

• Assisting with all relevant documentation in the Contract Department.
• Supporting the preparation of quotations and tenders.
• Monitoring and recording all variation orders to ensure they are claimed correctly.
• Verifying and controlling the costs of suppliers, sub-contractors, workers, and other related expenses.
• Ensuring progress claims, certifications, and invoices to clients are issued on time.
• Calculating requirements for construction supplies and materials.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
