Location: Surveyor
Sheridan Lifts in Manchester is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its established Commercial team. You will support commercial and financial management across projects, review subcontract agreements and prepare payment applications, variations and final accounts.
The role requires at least 5 years’ QS experience, a relevant degree or equivalent, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong negotiation and communication skills.
