Construction Health & Safety Specialist - Kearneysville, WV

Location: Kearneysville, West Virginia (Looking for local candidates only with OSHA 510)

Type: Fixed-Term Contract

Compensation: $40-50 per hour, 40 hours per week + OT and weekend work as needed

• Supervise operations to ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections and detailed audits throughout the facility.
• Coach and guide team members on safety protocols, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness.
• Proactively maintain a safe, hazard-free environment, with a strong focus on fire safety and working at heights.

• Associate’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
• 10+ years of industrial construction experience.
• In-depth knowledge of general building construction methods and safety best practices.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications required.
• Comfortable working in and around large industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
