Job Description An Insight Global client is seeking a Project Manager in Buffalo, WV and Princeton, IN. This person will function as an owner's representative and manage construction and capital projects from early planning through closeout. This role is heavily coordination-driven and will serve as the central point of communication between our client, architects, contractors, IT, security, AV, furniture vendors, procurement teams, and other internal stakeholders.

The Project Manager will be responsible for keeping schedules, budgets, communication, and project execution aligned throughout the full project lifecycle. This is expected to be more moderate and balanced compared to Princeton. This person should still be comfortable managing multiple projects at different phases, including design, procurement, construction, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Manage multiple active construction and capital projects simultaneously through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Meet with stakeholders to define project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and project expectations. Coordinate architects and design teams, review drawings, identify major issues or missing scope, and help move drawing revisions forward. Create and distribute RFPs, coordinate bid activity, assist with contractor selection, and support procurement processes.

Oversee contractor activity, visit jobsites, monitor project execution, and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule. Lead project meetings, OAC meetings, client update meetings, design review meetings, and schedule review meetings. Prepare weekly executive reporting, including budget updates, schedule updates, progress photos, risks, milestones, and overall project status. Track budgets, forecast costs, review invoices, support PO processes, and approve or escalate project spending as needed.

Coordinate heavily with IT, security, AV, furniture, procurement, stakeholders, contractors, and architects. Maintain project documentation in required systems. Adaptive Work, Ingenious, Procore, and Ariba experience is helpful, but not required.
