Woodwinds Teacher - Ellsworth Music - Ranson, Harpers Ferry, Frederick, Sheperdstown, WV

Overview

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional woodwinds instructor to teach part-time at Ellsworth Music Supply and Repair in Ranson, WV. The instructor will teach in-person and be capable of teaching saxophone, flute, and clarinet. Teachers can set their availability within our open hours, but consistency is valued and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability.

• Teach saxophone, flute, and clarinet to students in-person at Ellsworth Music Supply and Repair, Ranson, WV.
• Set and manage teaching availability within Ensemble's open hours.
• Provide engaging instruction and support to students; maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment.

• Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
• Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians.
• Reliability, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience in the range of $28-$34/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available after 90 days on the job. Health benefit packages are available for all part- and full-time employees after 30 days with Ensemble.
