Job Description
The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:

- Able to understand, support, and follow company policies and procedures

- Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound customer service call center with computer input during calls
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, written and listening
- Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong computer skills:
Excel, web based applications, Google Maps - Type 40 wpm
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing, growing business environment
- Bi-lingual speaking skills a plus
