Ria Money Transfer in Mexico seeks a Customer Services Representative to support transactions, answer inquiries, and resolve general questions from customers and senders/beneficiaries.
The role requires a completed high school or college, MS Office, at least one year in customer service or a call center, an additional language, excellent communication and teamwork, and the ability to work flexible schedules. This is an on-site position at the Santiago de Querétaro office.
