Pyramid Global Hospitality - 940 Resort Drive - Responsibilities:
Professionally manage all incoming reservation calls with efficiency and professionalism; be able to confirm reservations, up-sell, and answer questions on rates, resort facilities, services, and special promotions.;
Input reservations accurately in the property management system (PMS) and coordinate information with sales staff and conference services staff.;
Provide accurate information on room packages and events; maintain thorough and precise record keeping; post deposits and manage deposits.;
Handle guest special requests professionally; participate in cross-training for PBX and Front Desk; assist with PBX duties when needed.
