Northport VA Medical Center is seeking a Switchboard Telephone Operator / Emergency Dispatcher to provide continuous, professional telephone and emergency communications. You will be the first point of contact for patients, staff and responders, ensuring rapid call handling and accurate routing.
Responsibilities include activating Code Blue, paging and dispatching police, fire, medical and emergency communications, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality under VA policies.
