Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice has the following resources:
- Denta Pro software
- Digital x‑ray and Panorex units
- Fiber‑optic handpieces
- Yearly OSHA and HIPAA and Emergency Management training
- Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location. Office flow averages 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients. Insurance mix includes state plans, PPOs, and out‑of‑network payors.
What We Offer- Guaranteed base pay of $9,000/day with uncapped earning potential
- Sign‑on bonus: $40,000
- Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month

- DDS/DMD from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where care is provided or where licensure is eligible
- Certifications as required – CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
