A very busy dental practice in Geraldton, Ontario is looking for an Associate Dentist who is comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

The patient demand is already there. The schedule is full, the operatories are ready, and the clinic is looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of their day, and confidently manage a busy patient load.

While previous experience is certainly an asset, newer graduates are encouraged to apply. The right candidate will be motivated, adaptable, and comfortable building confidence quickly in a busy, supportive practice.

This is not a role where you will be waiting months to build production. You will be walking into an established schedule with strong earning potential from the start.

Confident newer graduates may also be considered, particularly those who are motivated, adaptable, and ready to grow quickly in a busy environment.

The practice is open to hiring two dentists who would like to relocate together.

That could be a classmate, colleague, spouse, or friend. For candidates who are open to making the move as a pair, housing assistance may be available for both.
