• Together with our team and our clients, you sculpt relevant digital products that are not only usable but that people will love!
• You create user flows, prototypes and wireframes based on user needs and business goals.
• You will make your work tangible by working closely together with designers, create user journeys & flows and define the functional requirements in valuable user stories.
• Translate visions and strategies into user- centered concepts.
• Align business objectives with user needs to create user-friendly solutions.
• Conduct user research through desk research, interviews, and workshops.
• Develop information architecture for complex digital products.
• Validate solutions and concepts with stakeholders and end-users.
• Clearly articulate and justify design decisions.
• Present concepts and solutions in a compelling way to stakeholders.

• Usability, user-centered design, service design, design systems, user research prototyping, persuasion design, accessibility are more than buzzwords for you. You bring them into practice every single day...
• You have experience with one or more prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Principle, Abstract,...
• You are not afraid to bring the user in the design process via qualitative and quantitative research and to adapt accordingly.
• You have a good technical understanding about how digital products are developed (we don’t expect you to be a development ninja).
• You’re always on the lookout for the latest technology and design trends and have a strong (but formulated!) opinion about them.
• You have a growth mindset. Hungry to become even better!
• You are not afraid to dive into details and think further than the happy flow.
• You only see challenges that can be solved with your can-do mentality rather than think in boundaries and problems.
• You have strong communicative skills to carry out your ideas and thoughts in a structured and fluent way.
• You speak Dutch and English fluently.
• And of course, last but not least, your passion for UX.

• You have a genuine interest in your customer, their needs and challenges.
• A real passion for technology and its potential to improve work and life.
• A few years of experience is ideal, but above all convince us with your knowledge, skills and diligence.

• You’re passionate about design but are mostly driven to other media, such as print design, illustrative work or brand design.
• You prefer to work alone and remote on project(s) and take the sole responsibility for you deliverable(s).
• We try to make an impact at our clients and really get to know their business. If you are looking for a new environment every 2 to 3 weeks, we might not be the best fit.
