What You Will Do
- Legacy Product line Process Improvements
- Additive Manufacturing
- Manufacturing Fixturing and Tooling
- New Product Introduction
- Manufacturing Bill of Materials & Router Creation/Maintenance
- Manufacturing Instruction Creation and Maintenance within designated area
- Engineering Change Order/Manufacturing Change Order Review
- Development of Manufacturing Process improvements improving capacity and throughput
- Capital Project Execution
- Works autonomously with limited supervision within a team and alongside production personnel
- Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
This role will allow you to learn procedures and strategies associated with process improvements in a team‑based aerospace environment. The skills acquired allow for possible progression to project management and leadership.
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
- Basic knowledge of elastomerics, composites, engineered fabrics, machine programming and general manufacturing processes.
- Previous experience with SAP ERP
