The West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Pediatrics seek a Pediatric Endocrinologist qualified for appointment at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV.

• The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Pediatric Endocrinology.
• In addition to providing excellent patient care, the candidate will be actively involved in teaching medical students and residents.

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license.
• Completed pediatrics residency program, as well as an endocrinology fellowship program.
• Board certified / eligible in pediatric endocrinology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Our 150-bed WVUM Golisano Children s Hospital has a full suite of pediatric operating rooms, cardiac catheterization lab/interventional radiology, and GI-endoscopy with dedicated pediatric anesthesia staff. The hospital includes 34 pediatric beds, 54 NICU beds, 26 PICU beds, Heart Center, and a dedicated Pediatric Blood & Cancer Center. The hospital is a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center, with plans to become Level 1 for both pediatric and adult care.

WVUM Golisano Children s is the only hospital in West Virginia with a pediatric cardiac surgery program, the only epilepsy monitoring unit in the state for children, and the only hospital in the state to receive Magnet status for nursing excellence.
